Stokes explained the anticipated results of various strategies, based on our experience.

CLIENT

Schnabel Engineering

PROJECT OWNER

New Jersey Water Supply Authority (NJWSA)

LOCATION

Hunterdon County, NJ

What We Did

Once the groundwork had been established, Stokes wasted no time in jumping in and creating a clean, user-friendly project website to help explain the project and allow interested stakeholders to sign up to receive periodic email updates. Additionally, Stokes built and managed a custom stakeholder database to track inquiries and phone calls received on the project hotline.

The project website was a vital tool that enabled Stokes to coordinate, advertise and facilitate a highly successful public information session on November 14, 2017, at North Hunterdon Regional High School. More than 60 members of the public and project team members were in attendance to review the improvement efforts in detail.

Following the Public Information Session, Stokes produced two educational videos for the New Jersey Water Supply Authority – one to highlight the location’s rich history and the second to explain the forthcoming improvement efforts to preserve the dam’s water supply functionality. Part One included dynamic interviews while Part Two highlighted the reservoir area with stunning aerial footage.

Key Features

The NJWSA team – including Beth Gates, Marc Brooks and Julie Shelley – praised Stokes for running a smooth video shoot and thanked the crew for helping to put the interviewees at ease.
