What We Did

Stokes Creative Group, Inc. teamed with WSP USA Inc. to facilitate public meetings and charrettes, and to provide videography and graphic design support, including electronic invitations for both the live and virtual charrettes. During the public meetings, Stokes provided consulting services to assist with the ongoing improvement of the charrette process.

Stokes’ videographer captured all charrettes for both documentation and future marketing purposes. Additionally, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant restrictions on public gatherings, Stokes’ technical staff developed a virtual charrette to assist with keeping this study on time. This unique virtual charrette is a technologically based version of the live charrette which allows stakeholders to participate in an online format of the charrette at a time of their choosing.

Key Features

The charrettes were conducted despite the stay-at-home orders.
